How are orders fulfilled?
VentiFone™ is a direct-to-customer brand. When an order is placed, we process it through our fulfillment partners who ship the product directly to the customer.
We manage product selection, quality standards, pricing, and customer support, while fulfillment and delivery are handled by our logistics partners.
This model allows us to offer refined personal cooling devices with global availability and consistent service.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we can make changes or cancel it. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Are your payments secure?
Yes. We use industry standard encryption and trusted payment providers to protect your information.
